Registration for Players Reward Program can be done online (scroll below) or in person at Flamingo Slots. A rewards card will be issued within 24 hours – just come by and pick it up!

How to use your Rewards Card

Present the card at Flamingo Slots to receive that day’s “stamp”. Once the card is fully stamped, you will be eligible to redeem it for a prize. Cards have No Cash Value. You may combine cards that have your name on them only.

Flaming Slots reserves the right to alter, cancel, or replace the players reward program at their sole discretion, or as required by the Illinois Gaming Board, and will make every attempt to provide 30 day’s notice to all participants via email provided at sign up, and in store notifications.
